Winter isn't just about cold weather; it's a whole new season! Embrace the time of year by getting involved in some new seasonal swaps to keep active during the cooler months.
Try signing up for a new class at the gym or joining an indoor sports club to get your heart rate pumping during chilly months.
If a regimented routine isn’t your cup of tea you can still make sure you move more by increasing your incidental activity – swap using the lift for taking the stairs, swap the car park closest to the entrance for one further away, swap your regular bus stop for one stop earlier, swap emailing for getting up and walking over to talk to a colleague directly.
